Positive Energy Solar - Albuquerque

I chose Positive Energy Solar (a SunPower company) because they came highly recommended to me from several sources. They are an employee-owned company, which was also a big plus for me. After some initial texting, Dave Thomas came to my home with a proposal, graphs, charts, photos and an estimate, all the information I needed. I presented an additional difficulty for the company in that I had a time limit in which the job had to be completed. This company is extremely busy and booked up months in advance, yet they were still able to complete the project within the time limit I required. I should note that much of the time required involves getting permits and other of the usual red tape. In any event, they took care of EVERYTHING - the planning, the installing, the permits, the paperwork, everything! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and competent. The project engineer, Zach Godat, got back to me right away with answers to every question, large or small, that I had. When it was all complete, Dave Thomas come to my home with the final papers, a VERY NICE thank you and a flash drive with every detail of the project I might need in the future. Thank you Positive Energy Solar, it has been a pleasure.

Our solar panels are up and running perfectly. We are so pleased with Positive Energy Solar. Their team of professionals were outstanding, from sales, engineering and installation they were professional and courteous. They kept us in the loop from the very beginning of the project. I have a 12kw ground-mount system from Positive Solar and I am very happy with my decision to choose Positive. I got three bids and did a lot of research about residential solar--Positive came in thousands less than the others and their technical approach was much better. I had significant trenching, conduit, and concrete work in my project, it all turned out nearly flawless. The system performance is exceeding their model predicts--I appreciate that they 'undersell' the system performance. Their personnel were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward (no BS). Right now my meter is running backwards and my PNM bill was $8.15 this month (versus $487 avg billing). This is the point of solar (not to mention environmental benefits)!

SunPower by Positive Energy Solar has been a very + experience. I was very impressed with the showroom and the no pressure sales presentation. The in home explanation of the installation schedule and expectations of the system helped to reassure us that we made the correct decision to go solar with SunPower by Positive Energy Solar. The installation process was straight forward and the crew were very pleasant and professional. Our system has been in production for a month and a half now and the first PNM bill came this week showing our PV91 credit. SunPower by Positive Energy Solar has earned another satisfied customer.
