Vivint Solar

This solar company is not honest they worker come to my house and do the last inspections on the solar that we just installed. That guy reverted and hit my mom car , and he act like he give my mom his insurance information but the name and phone number is not there. Very Dishonest worker

Worst customer service ever! We have a roof leaking and have been calling for two weeks to scheduled to remove the panels after they have been paid for the work and all we get is a run around from outsourced call centers that don't care. So if you want someone who does not care after they get paid this is the one for you!!!!!!

You just sent a sales man to my door at 8pm during a PANDEMIC without a mask. I will never get solar from you.

Just had the Vivint tech here and yet another disappointment. The tech was very nice and apologetic. Even though the tech agreed that this problem is caused by their equipment. I have to find some one to clean under the panels at my cost. Terribly unfair since they came to me and showed what a grand savings it would be. Being a disabled veteran I need to be frugal. Thanks to Vivint I have to find three hundred plus dollars thanks for nothing . I will be forwarding this review to all local veterans organizations and the active duty thanks again for nothing . Terrible company I have a metal roof with extreme angle. At install I was guaranteed that I wouldnt have any problems with birds. Now that I have dead birds and nests under their equipment I am responsible for it. I have called customer service and was hung up on. They really dont care once they install and start receiving payment.

I have not had any contact with this company ever and they referred me to collections. I have no solar panels, and never will due to this. If this company's accounting department is so incompetent for non-customers, imagine how poorly they treat regular customers.
