I'd give them no stars if I could, stupid garbage electric company had 3 blackouts in the span of 5 months

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Have a rental property has been for 14 years. Always had a landlord agreement- no issues. Last two tentants move out and cancel there account they turn the utilities off - BOTH TIMES! Make make me fill out all the landlord agreement paper again, make me put my wife on the agreement even though this is not her business. Pay a bunch of money to reconnect. Another tentant moves out - happens again. Fill out all the paperwork again. Charge me nearly 500 dollars for two months of utilities for a vacant townhouse! I ask for actual readings and copies of all the paper work - nothing. Call numerous times. Passive aggressive customer service. I pay the bill. Then a mistake was made in payment over 86 cents. Found out when my wifes credit got hit with the derogatory mark and not mine. Called again to find out WTH is going on. Asked to Take My wife off the account and the rep tells me the only way to do that is if I send them a divorce certificate. Ask for a manager, finically here to them and they said the rep never said that, said they would take her off the account and send me an email confirmation. Also asked for copyist of all the bills and readings and to send them via email; going on two weeks still waiting for the emails..

I hold for 30 min. The. Get a passive aggressive rep who transfers me out to voicemail.

Do not live in the city of Farmington if you don't have to! The City is BROKE! They are now just like predatory lenders who fleece taxpayers! No Taxation, Without Representation!

It won't even let me leave a message this place is garbage I have been trying to turn off my service but they won't answer the phone
