Over priced and we loose power constantly!!!!! On average my neighborhood looses service for hours at least 2 x per month

If I could give you a no star I would. We closed on our house apr 23rd. At no point in time were we told the electricity doesn't transfer to the new owner through escrow. Had we known, then yes we would have called to make sure the electric was place in our name. I have 2 small children and 3 cats and this morning May 8th, our power was turned off. My husband then called to explain what happened and to get the power put in our name and several hours later and alot of arguing and yall still wont turn it back on today. Telling me it's going to 3-5 days. UNACCEPTABLE! It's 82 outside and no shade and our home is getting hot. Not to mention the $400 dollars worth of groceries I purchased Monday and filled my fridge. You treat your customers this way because we have no choice but to use your service.

worst service ever. one guy in the new service/ engineering department has been nothing more then a road block, Never calling back , never following up or even answering his phone . hope I never have to due business in hobbs again .
