The only good thing about soaring heights is the maintenance team. I've never had any issues with them. You will have issues with the office at some point. If its not about you somehow owing them money after you were told you'll get a refund it will be some other underhanded effort on their part. I would highly recommend living off base if you can. The convenience of living on base is not worth it. At one point my home was broken into and I asked for a deadbolt to be put in. I was then told that I would have to pay for the lock and install it myself then I would have to pay fort he door when I left. They have since fixed the deadbolt issue on base but these are the people you will be dealing with.

We had to call 24 hour maintenance to come out and fix a running water/flooding issue in our house. Julio came to save the day for us and he fixed it right up! He was very quick and incredibly friendly, and got the job done well. Thank you, Julio! We love Soaring Heights and all of their staff so far, and we have had no negative experiences with any of them at all. We are relieved to know that we are able to call for any emergency maintenance if there are any further problems. Also, the offer to have a cleaning crew come help us with the water is great. Luckily, the aftermath wasnt too horrible, but we definitely appreciate the option! Keep up the great work Soaring Heights team!

We lived there for 4 years. We just moved out yesterday and I will say the move out was very professional. We had minor bumps in the road with maintenance but nothing that was never not taken care of.Dont be afraid of housing and calling maintenance even when it's silly stuff. Not all backyards are fenced. Not alot of parking in some areas. But soaring heights overall isnt as bad as some say. Just stay on top of your issues with them.
