My wife and I have been trying to get a site inspection on our transformer for a couple of weeks, the alb electriton cannot connect service until Socorro coop okays it. Still no HELP, what do we do?? Power is necessary how can we get someone to do the site inspection? Please help us!!! Still waiting

As far as utilities go, Socorro Electric Co-Op is one of the better. The staff are always very friendly and polite when I go in to pay my bill and their rates are fair. However, I fear all that is about to change in Socorro as the Mayor and City Council are scheming to steal their customers as a way to balance the budget of a town that's been slowly dying on the vine for years due to mismanagement and croney politics.

Tried to pay my bill on the phone. My phone number isn't connected to my account apparently. Can't contact anyone or do anything but drive thirty miles to town and deal with the morons one on one
