Not happy at all,
I feel like I was scammed!!
I went in 1.5 yr ago with a system already bought somewhere else. Shawn talked me out of my system.
SOLD me some used/returned system he had.
It's very confusing and I've contacted them and stopped by to ask for help with the hook up, about 7 times. Never returned my calls, ever!
Finally I found another install company and they look at my system and tell me I have a charge controller I can't use without the 'System Control Panel' that should have been included with the controller. It's a $600 additional purchase.
Cut to present day, and Shawn is no longer in business, he's left town. And I am stuck with a system controller I can't program or get to run my system.
I'm pretty darn upset about this.
Now I feel like I am back at square one.
No solar.

I bought a Growatt inverter from them in November 2020 never worked. Took it back it has been 10 months since no one ever calls back. Have been by the store no one is ever there. Contacting legal to take next steps.
