I've called repeatedly to ask for some samples so my wife and I can place an order. The samples never arrive, and when I call to ask, I am made to feel that is my fault. I asked another set be expedited, and am told postage beyond first class cannot be done: when I expect to order thousands of dollars of blinds? I guess Solar Screen does not want our business, not sure why. Customer service could use some work, we will find another vendor (too bad, the website looks like they know their blinds)
