Sunrun is the only solar company to go with they tell the truth and wanna save you money I've had solar since 2013 an haven't went back biggest bill is 17$ great team also

I have been a customer since 2014. I have paid all the bills on time.To be honest, it feels good helping to protect the environment and save money on electric bill.When we signed the contact, the salesman told us if we needed to replace or repair the roof, the panels can be taken down and re installed free of charge.Now, my roof deteriorated enough, that i need to replace it, and Sunrun wants to charge us $5750 for their serviceIt is a highway robbery.I have 15 years left in the contract.This is not the way to treat a customer.I would not recommend this companyAddendumThe panels were finally removed todayThe crew that did the work told me that 85% of the panels have damaged wiring and there are sections of the panels that are not connected to the system.They were surprised, that monitoring at Sunrun did not pick up / did not realize that the system is under performing.I am paying my rental bill on time, hoping that there are professionals monitoring and diagnosing any problems.What is going on?????I regret dealing with your company, and find it totally unacceptable.

Don't use this company. Any other solar company is surely better than these crooks who charge additional fees despite advanced payments being made. Rip off artists.

Damien who used to call 2 times a day till you'll got the business, now when I call him he does not respond to my calls. I asked your corporate office for an analysis of my account after a year service. It is nearly 4 months and still they have not given the same. The savings they promised are far from real. I would not recommend this company.

Do not do business with them! They Claim to cover 'Roof Damage' and that is not true. As soon as the roof started leaking they did not want to cover the damages and there is a solar panel right where the leak is on the house. Don't do business with them!
