I can't say enough about how easy the whole process was.My husband and I knew we wanted solar both for the savings and the environmental benefits but were hesitant due to the nightmare my parents went through with a well known out of state company.Well Bruce Howard and Long Island Solar Sales made us true believers once again.Bruce was informative and honest. We own a few properties and where Bruce felt the roof wasn't suitable for solar he was upfront about it.The loan process went smoothly and when I did have a question Bruce got back to me promptly.The installation was quick and painless and in my tree hugging opinion only adds to the curb appeal of the house. (Bruce did go over quite a few options for the most attractive placement before installing.)The savings are quite significant. Basically I don't pay for electricity anymore.I do have to continue to pay Central Hudson a very small monthly fee for the connection but that's it!!!!And the app is great. It's so much fun to watch in real time as my solar bank increases every day.The colored graphs make it so easy to see the savings grow.And knowing that we are doing the right thing for our planet is an added bonus.I highly recommend Bruce Howard and Long Island Solar Sales.

Bruce Howard took the time to explain how solar panels worked, how they were to be installed, how the tax credits worked and the how the loan worked. He took care of getting all the permits that were needed and was here on the job making sure that they were properly installed. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also explained the difference between leasing the panels vs owning the panel. It was his expertise that we made the decision as a family to buy the solar panels because we saw it as a great asset to our home.
