Awful garden center. No pots or planters and half dead plants. The location in Thornwood just across the Hudson is 100x better with tons of healthy plants.

Horrible customer service. Nobody knows where things are and nobody cares to ask if you found everything. I asked if i could maybe get a hand cause i was picking up 150 cement brick and half a pallet of mortar and he said nobody would help with that. I had to sit there and push a cart full of brick and mortar. Load my truck up and go back and do it a second time not once did anybody offer a hand. I lve worked at real supply yards whether its a bucket or 100 bags of cement you should always help a customer. This place is horrible

Crowded and lots of employees but no one to help...hmmm

They are Not cheap. Lazy employees.... understaffed... Went there to buy a roll down window shade. I had exact measurements asked employee to cut it for me. And he made it too big. Went back another day gave the same measurements for the employee. Somehow it got too short.Lost my receipt so planned on buying another one. Came in the store went to that aisle started to search for someone to help me. I literally searched for a half hour asked 3 employees everyone with same excuse 'it's not my department' they all announced on the loudspeaker in store that help Is needed by the blinds department.. after 30 minutes I walked out realizing that it's a endless game. without purchasing anything.
