Zero transparency, subpar invoicing (you are told only what to pay them) which was a real issue for me. Nextamp did not provide the services they advertised. Customer service almost nonexistent. Ultimately they feel too dodgy to be worth a 10 percent savings so I cancelled (which took 4 requests & 8 months). I checked into BBB to see if they had already been reported.

They have definitely helped lower my electric bill. And its easy to pay the low bill on line.
