This company by far has the worst customer service oriented focus. We were consulted in February 2018 for a solar panel system that we was reassured would be completed by April. Needless to say this was never the case. Endless phone calls proved that customer service and communication are not core values of the establishment. Each time called provided a run around to 'Why the project was delayed'. 1. They fired the the employee who consulted the system 2. The fired employee never did anything with the profile to get it started. 3. The panels were not in stock 4. Short staffed and not able to provide support for the install5. New secretary hired to settle issues with customers and to find out she was soon fired and now no one knows about the project that was promised to be done in 3 months.6. 5 months later speak to the CEO of the company who states they he is committed to quality and customer service. 7. 6 months down the line calls continue and new secretary states that project is on course application to town finally occurs no design for the solar panels to date. 8. Call from secretary 7 months down the line shows the true colors of the company and its 'Commitment to Customer Service'. Project needs to be terminated due to permitting issues with company and its lack of professionalism in keeping up its credentialing. 9. Worst Company for Solar Panels would not recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!! Horrible communication and commitment to customer service. In the time frame listed we received only 1 call that was initiated by the company which was for explanation as to WHY we can't carry out the job!!! 10. Read review and the common theme is lack of communication and transparency to customers!!! DO NOT USE THIS SOLAR COMPANY!!! You have been Warned!!

These guys installed my solar array and did a great job. They worked with my crazy schedule due to having to re-shingle my roof and they made sure everything was done properly.

Professional, service oriented. Crew was very efficient and clean. I work out of my home and didn't even know they were here doing their work. Very happy.

The entire process was seamless. 1 1/2 years later everything is great.
