Dear Kasselman Solar, About 3 weeks ago, I began soliciting information about solar panels. After a number of responses, it was easy for me to narrow down my options after brief interactions with the various reps who responded.The most important information for you to be aware of is the professionalism, knowledge, and patience your sales rep,Michael White demonstrates consistently. Over several more conversations, I narrowed it down to two companies, yours and *******. It is important for you to know, ****** was the company my father had used for his panel installation only 18 months ago. Most people would think since he had a great experience, I would ultimately choose his company. Michael knew what he was up against and probably felt the same would occur. Nevertheless, this didn't deter him. He met with me at my home, did a thorough analysis, was honest and thorough in his findings, and even during a hot, humid day, sat outside with me for over 90 minutes discussing the project in its entirety.He then followed up within 24 hours with several thoughtful proposals in response to my concerns. Michael has by far exceed my expectations. He has listened carefully to my concerns. He has answered numerous questions with clarity for me. And above all, he has made me want to conduct business with your company. If this project was an easy, 1, 2, 3, decision, Michael would have had my signature a week ago. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge his stellar work ethic as it is much more valuable to an employer than any one contracted agreement.
