Did good work, but it took about a month longer than I thought it should. They just upgraded my system with an additional four more panels. Everything seems to be working really well now. It meets the specifications and I think I might be able to buy an EV using just the power from my panels.I'm very happy with the system now.

My Apex solar rooftop system has performed for two years without outage or issues. The installation crew cheerfully installed the system in bitter cold winter weather. Sales and management were also pleasant to deal with. Apex cheerfully upheld their production guarantee after the conclusion of the 2 year guarantee period. I reached 84% of projected production for the two year period which considering the challenging roof architecture is great!

I have had nothing but issues with this company my whole install process. From onboarding (a sale rep wouldnt even call me) to no call no show appointments made, 3 different install dates with exposed framing still showing on my house after install. To now my system has been turned on for a month and their team still has not set me up with the app to view my panels after several emails to contact them. The project manager is good about getting back to me in a timely manner but the rest of the team is not customer centric.

A little more than 1 year ago, I had Apex Solar install solar panels and a new roof (they said it was required and 2nd opinion confirmed). We had an 'outage' in solar production for about 40 days which I only noticed after checking my SolarEdge App. I called Apex and they resolved the inverter issue within a week. Having not realized that I should be checking it daily/weekly for problems to be resolved asap, the owner, Dan was kind enough to credit me the absent solar power during that time. I thought he was very fair. He also helped me to resolve solar output vs our consumption questions. I am happy with them so far and love that we have solar panels and and electric car powered by them!!

About a year ago, I had Apex Solar install solar panels on my house. After only a couple of months, the first of many problems emerged. It was determined that a piece of equipment that came with the system was defective. The problem was addressed but about ten months later, the piece of equipment which had been replaced failed again. It took about two to three months to have the equipment replaced with a new piece for the third time. Unfortunately, in the meantime my whole solar system had been shut off by Apex, which meant there no was production of energy and I lost money through this and the incentives. I had this solar system installed so I could use electricity to heat my home, but in the time the system was down, I had to buy oil to heat my home. None of the electricity credits, incentive credits, or my oil fees were reimbursed by Apex, despite the months they took in rectifying the problem. Recently, I was finally notified by the solar incentives company that the problem was solved. I am so disappointed that in such a short time after installation, I would have so many problems with my new system with Apex. Resolving these issues took innumerable phone calls, texts, and emails to Apex, which in one instance resulted in an Apex employee hanging up on me! Based on the mediocrity of their technical equipment, incredible slowness in responding to issues, and their abysmal customer interaction (apart, of course, from their attentive and persuasive sales person), I cannot ever recommend Apex Solar because of my experience. I will happily update my review if things change in the future.
