Difficult to call

They are unreal! They send bills and then you call and straighten it out , you think and they say its all straightened out then you get another bill a few day later completely different than what you discussed and then a few days later something totally different than the rest. Then termination notices. Im so confused I dont know how much Im supposed to pay.!! Just awful!!!
