My old manual awning was being replaced by an electric press button one on a Friday afternoon. As they took down the old apparatus, the guys discovered some problems which forced them to stop, check in with the office, and figure out a remedy. The solution required some building materials be brought to the site by another company installer who then joined the crew to assist in the installation. They worked well past normal business hours, but didn't cut corners so they could go home and start the weekend. On the contrary, when the install was seemingly complete, Eric decided the valance fell too low. He took the time to have the guys help him remove it and re-install it on a higher track. This is something I would not even know was possible to alter, yet his high standards wouldn't allow him to leave unless it was put right!This is a top notch company and a pleasure to work with from start to finish!

My wife and I hired Jeanie and Bob at The Awning Company to install a new Eclipse awning at our home in Montauk. After shopping around, I met them at our house and immediately felt more comfortable working with them over anyone else. They were fantastic to work with, very communicative, and most importantly, very honest people. I would highly recommend them!
