I have had the best experience with Greenleaf Solar with Seth, Victoria, Mike and all the others who work there. 4 years ago I bought my solar system from Greenleaf. Why lease I thought? Why give someone else the right to every so often raise my rates I might as well have stayed with PSEG. So I went with Greenleaf. I AM WRITING A REVIEW NOW BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT TRACK RECORD WITH ME. It has been years. I have not had any trouble with my system. HOWEVER, I now and again THINK I am having trouble I call them. They are always professional. They send someone to me within 48 hrs though we have no contract for them to do so. Mike or Seth then tell me where my issue is and it has never once been with their workmanship or my equipment. It has always been my lack of knowledge or something with PSEG. MY ADVICE TO PEOPLE ON LONG ISLAND LOOKING TO GET SOLAR, I RESEARCHED FOR 6 YS. BEFORE I SETTLED ON GREENLEAF AND I HAVE NOT BEEN SORRY. SO BUY YOUR SYSTEM DON'T LEASE IT. FOR $11 A YEAR IT IS COVERED ON MY HOUSE INSURANCE LIKE THE REST OF MY HOUSE IS AND HAS RAISED THE VALUE OF MY HOME. MY AVERAGE ELECTRIC BILL IS UNDER $40 A MONTH. GREENLEAF HAS BEEN A MORE THAN COMPETENT, RELIABLE AND HONEST SERVICE PROVIDER.Margaret B. Farmingville

Greenleaf Solar installed our inverter incorrectly. I have been calling them since July 2019 and they refuse to correct the problem. Do not trust these people. They are incompetent and do not know how to properly install solar panel systems. Furthermore, their customer service representatives refuse to call customers back and repeatedly lie to avoid honoring their responsibilities. We are having to take them to court to get our money back. Stay far away from these people.

Dominic was great!!! If you call or text he picks up right away or calls you back within 5 min. I would definitely use them again and my solar panels are working great.
