Terrible management as always. Due to current covid restrictions, the queue is longer than usual. With proper management, customers info could be collected while waiting outside to speed up process rather than forcing customers to wait an average of 45 min - 1 hour (based on customers waiting). Once collected, this would enable the one staff member inside to rapidly process. As a manager, you should MANAGE... Dont accept mediocrity.

The bill goes up without reason, it's extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative and when you finally do get through, they have little interest in solving your problem but instead focus on selling you upgrades!!!

Horrible company to get internet through. Made things extremely difficult for me. Cost me an extra $138, when they didn't close my account and refused to refund me my money cause I had no evidence to support that and I closed it. There customer reps are friendly and helpful, but have no idea how to look into information, and when they can't figure something out they forward you to the next guy. 2.5 hours on the phone with them twice. First to be told everything would be taken care, and the second to be told that was all a lie and there was nothing to do but pay the bill or take the hit on my credit
