The company is very poor in communicating. They're fine to get the panels installed. But you can never get a straight answer when dealing with the call center. I wouldn't recommend.

A squirrel caused a hole in my roof and guess what of course it was under the solar panels. Water has been leaking from my ceiling to the point where the ceiling collapsed into my bedroom and when assessed, I was told that because the damage was not done by the solar panels I would have to pay a fee to remove them and put them back on which was OK if I wasnt quoted $850 when it only cost $150 to fix the hole. They said its not their fault that my ceiling is leaking but its not my fault either. I expressed my concerns and a very nice lady on the phone told me theres nothing she can do about it. Im very upset with this company right now and wish I never got the panels in the first place.
