Everything was handled most professionally. When a permitting problem arose NY Power went WAY out of its way to solve it. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. Our house was left spotless. When a network reporting issue arose, again NY Power went out of its way to solve it quickly and completely. I recommend them unequivocally!

I chose New York Power Solutions after reviewing their bid through a bidding process that ConEd has put in place. They were thorough and had a detailed bid with high quality equipment. Once I chose them, I had a positive experience throughout. They kept me informed through the process while it takes time to get through all the approvals, I always felt like were on top of things. The actual installation and setup was (and I don't use this lightly) perfect. No issues, faster than projected installation time. I would happily recommend them to other considering a residential solar installation.
