Extremely rude customer service. Called about a power outage and got James. He started to be smart with me after I said the food is starting to go bad since the powers been out since 5am now its 2pm. He commented well if its just been 5am then it should be fine... and he kinda chuckled then seemed to chuckle at me for wanting an eta on the fix for our power and kept questioning me like I was ignorant and chuckling asking about what temp my fridge was on etc. and by the end of course theres not an eta for an update.

Do you like having your power go out for a few seconds every couple weeks. Then Duke power has what you need. Sure it's terrible for all your electronics. But Duke is THE ONLY choice you have. So if you enjoy non compassionate people and unreliable power, then you are in the right place.
