These gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, and very much professional. I will not hesitate to contact them if their services are needed again. You will not be sorry you called them if you need their services. It's rare to find a reliable and dependable provider these days so dealing with them was very refreshing! A++++++

Communication is key to all and many of us could take notes from the Renu Energy organization. From inquiry through installation, they made me comfortable with the decision and were proactive in communicating throughout. On top of that, the onsite installation team were friendly, courteous and well equip to answer any and all questions with a smile! If you go solar, which you should, talk to Renu Energy first and save yourself time and aggrevation.

I contacted Renu Energy to disassemble and then reassemble my solar panels when I was having a new roof placed on my house. They did a very fine job, but it was discovered one of the micro inverters was not working. I talked to Joel Robinson, the manager and planner of the onsite crews and he told me that he would open a ticket for one of the crews to replace the micro inverter and it would be replaced either that week or next, as it was a 30 minute job or less to complete the job. After waiting three weeks I contacted Joel to see what the schedule was to have my inverter replaced and to my surprise Joel told me that they had 2,500 other customers and they would get to it when they had time. This aggravated me to no end and I requested that I be given the micro inverter as I would replace it myself. I had to sign some liability papers for Renu so I could not sue them if some unfortunate accident happened. and was given the micro inverter which had been replaced by Enphase as it was under warranty. It took me about 40 minutes to remove the PV, disconnect and reconnect the new the micro inverter and put the PV back on the rack. It was a simple job for a rookie repairman (me) but I was very disappointed that Renu did not complete the job themselves in a timely manner after I had spent around $2,500 for the removal and reassembling of the PV along with some new software to monitor the system that would verify my system was working correctly.
