Had Sugar Hollow Solar remove and reinstall the solar panels on my pole barn. Arthur and Aiden did a fantastic job. Very professional and great customer service. They were very accommodating and worked with my schedule for the reinstall! I would highly recommend this company for all of your solar needs!

I can't say enough good things about Sugar Hollow. When we built our new house, we wanted to make it energy efficient but didn't know much. From the initial consultation (where they suggested a geothermal heat pump -- even though they don't sell those), they were very knowledgeable. They've been working with us for over two years now: through tariff changes, Design Review Board updates, Duke Energy rebate programs, first Tesla PowerWall installation, etc. Their monitoring program even reports problems before you know you're having them. I've dealt with many people at Sugar Hollow and they are all professional and dedicated to the environment and their customers. We've been in the house for a year now and most months our electric bill is $15 -- the minimum Duke charges to maintain a connection.

My experience with Sugar Hollow Solar was both quality and professional from start to finish. My calls were promptly returned providing next day service with a time convenient to me. The service technician arrived early and finished the repair in under the anticipated completion time. This was not the first time that I have had dealings with Sugar Hollow Solar and with each I received the same quality, professional service. Michael Duignan, Drew Chandler and Aiden Strickland, were all very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in installing the two Tesla PowerWall IIs as part of the solar system installed at our home in December, 2019.
