If you're shoddy customer service on your cold calls is any indication on how you'll deal with me as a customer then I think not. I asked your rep to please give me your number to call back as my baby was freaking out and she hung up on me. A few months ago someone also called me and the guys told me 'you could just tell me you're not interested instead of asking for the number' and hung up on me. Ridiculous. I am interested in hearing about solar for my home but not ever doing it through you now.

When I was recently looking into getting a solar system for my house, I contacted Renu. They're a very good, professional company and I would trust them to install a great system on my house.

Terrible customer service. Kept blowing me off for weeks. Made up price quote with no detail. Asked to change equiptment to be installed and was ignored until 'we have no more availability this year.' I have been through two Renu reps so far and almost got a legit contract that fell through.

The staff have been really helpful in working through the various options. They have not tried any heavy sales tactics and instead have answered questions in a straight forward manner and been good about follow through. They also made sure we did not 'overbuy' by right sizing the system for our requirements.
