i was automatically enrolled in equal payment plan for half a year which costed me $600 more than i actually used. Also Duke Energy did not allow me to unenroll this fraud myself and i had to call their customer service that kept me waiting in line for over an hour because the call was ended by Duke Energy automatically every 10 mins as they don't have anyone to answer my call. Duke Energy deserves a 'worst' review.

Dealing with the same BS as everybody here in this local area on highway 87 in Graham our little corner always loses power with Duke energy I tell you 11:30 or so power will be back on Powers not back home by then and then they give you a new update of 3:00pm. Duke energy by far is the worst energy provider I have ever seen in the state of North Carolina.
