I've been under contract with this company for the past three years. We have a split system. Our upstairs AC unit needs replacing. Their service tech visited our home this past Friday and stated he would have someone call us on Monday. Monday rolls around no phone call and still no AC. I called on Tuesday and left a voice message for someone to return my call. It is now Friday, I've RCVD no call back. My family and I have selected another company. Pitiful customer service. I'll not use this company again.

Logan is an amazing company that restored my faith in companies truly caring about others. Sam Drake did a great job listening to what was important to us and did a great job going over options and I like how he knows how the systems work . Debbie was great to talk with in the office and was so responsive and friendly . Kevin and Roger did a great job with installing our new units and everything was done so neat and not even a speck of dust was left . I am so thankful to have such an amazing company to refer others to . Logan made me feel I was valued and was amazing to work with from start to finish . Thank you Logan

I just moved to moved to North Carolina and had no idea who to call. I used a company who my neighbor highly recommend. At 9am, they said they would have someone here in the next few hours . At 7pm, no technician and no one will return my calls. At this point, I've had a blank thermostat and no air all day. I called Logan around 8, no answer and thought here we go again. A few minutes later , someone called me back, who said he was the weekend dispatcher. He advised me to the turn the thermostat off and flip the breaker. Thermostat back on and I have air! Feel bad I didn't pay anything but thanks Nick and thanks Logan! Will definitely use you again and recommend to everyone!

My dealings with Logan (installation of home generator, and Heat/AC annual service plan) have been unfailingly positive. The service technicians have all been super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!
