Switched from spectrum, after 2 months of daily dropped service, technician visits, they could never resolve the problem... When I call to cancel service I was told by the lady that many people on this side of town get dropped and slow speeds because too many people are using it in the evening! The good news is I did get my installation fee back, but I had to be aggressive and ask for it.... Back to spectrum, no issues... I only changed initially because I like everything being on one bill...
