Great company definitely enjoy working for them always a pleasure

(Patience is wearing thin!)After having to work with them on multiple properties, it really depends on the person you are setting your appointments with. Most of them are fine, but one or two are just plain rude! Also, the 4-hour window they give you is just too big. They claim to give a courtesy call before arriving at your property, but this is how it usually works. They truck pulls up to the property & THEN gives you a courtesy call. This can be frustrating if you are an out of town landlord! I gave them my heating and air specialist cell number & he made plans to be in the area during the 4 hour window. The first day, no call. I rescheduled the appointment for the next day. He got the call on the second day, but he missed them because they already left by the time he arrived! He set the next appointment out his own frustration! I know I cant change their company policy, but I can investigate using geothermal. That would certainly be less of a hassle!
