Wow. Terrible Service. 3 transfers to like 3rd party service. I had an amount to pay with a rep and had to be transfered to pay it and they didnt even have the amount due in front of them so i just rounded up to be safe and accured a phone fee and a processing fee. Not to mention my paycheck was 4 days later than the bill and they couldnt wait till then for the full amount... So annoying but what can one due it electric and ypu need it so good for them....
