If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible service called them 2 weeks ago and they randomly showed up without my permission to fix it 2 days ago?! When we already made other arrangements...really not happy and the man who called me back to figure out the issue was rude and gave snarky comments. Would never recommend to anyone

Had new septic installed 06/2015 and signed contact with them to do bi-yearly inspections to help maintain the system. ($225.00). Went 4 years without every meeting maintenance manager Tony who comes to home to inspect septic system and take water samples that failed every time) After 4 years had found out by septic cleaning company that the system has failed and was told nothing by this contractor. Signed new contract with different septic company and found that everything but the effluent pump was not working. Now I have a $2500.00 bill for new UV lamp head, effluent aerator, new socks and a new aerator pump ( reason for needing service at the beginning of this). I do not recommend this company and will be calling the BBB to seek compensation for the failing equipment in my $14,000 septic system.

The Potter's company was wonderful to work with and designed a unique system that allowed us to keep more trees on our lot. They were very responsive and helpful at every stage of the project. Would recommend.

Dont ever use potters. They will rob you blind. Get an estimate from potters and go elsewhere an see for yourself. You will save a ton of money. And their work is terrible.
