5hrs ago I called in to inform them my powerline was ripped off my house. They tell me it'll be fixed today by 9:30pm. I called back in as the time had passed only to be told my area will be restored by 11am. I told them I have a line down & the guys goes oh I do see that in the notes. Are you kidding me? I could of made arrangements to get my family & dogs setup else where but here I am waiting for people show up with not even a call to let me know what's going on. A freaking joke is what this company is.

Shaky service at the best of times, and overpriced. Service is slow to respond at any time of day.

If you have just 1 automatic bank draft fail to go through. You will then have to travel to pay your bill, at a designated pay place, or by credit card only(with an extra nominal fee ofc) for all future payments. Months and months later.. you still can't use a debit or bank account to pay your bill online. Gotta get those fees.
