Should look at the reviews on indeed. Don't know about you but i wouldn't want a bunch of guys who feel that way about their company working on my home.

4 months later, still waiting on a part. No communication board, no communication from power home solar, and no solar power. Thanks power home solar! I'm debating either stopping my solar payments since there's no use paying for a system that doesn't produce or hiring an attorney.Update:. It's been over 2 months now and my solar power still isn't back on. You would think they would keep spare parts on hand.I previously rated three stars because of simply a piss poor lender and lack of communication on the part of power home solar. I am now dropping to two stars because on top of the other problems, my solar panels have been out of service for over a month and not producing. So now I'm paying a full electric bill and solar payment without the rewards of solar energy. I wish they would get this fixed. Service guys came out and reported that a new part had to be ordered and they would be back to install. This is a big company that cannot keep up with demand for customer needs. Since they work on these systems every day all over, you would think they would have spare parts on hand. I liked it when it was working. I still hate the lender and I wish my panels were producing again. I'm sure default answer will be, 'We will have someone reach out and address your concerns.' Only I'll never get a phone call because of the lack of communication as mentioned earlier because this company simply cannot keep up with customer needs. (Growing too big too fast, inadequately staffed)

we used the Cleveland office. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION BACK. they destroyed our yard with ruts from all the machinery they brought in after it rained after rescheduling the initial install several times. once they finally came in they did a poor job of installing the panels. they are a freestanding set that is legit bending in the middle causing the panels to legit shatter. we have pictures and documents and drone footage to prove all this. we contacted the Cleveland office several times with no communication back. we requested several times for the supervisor to contact us and they have not. the only time y'all contacted us is when we had submitted a BBB complaint. after the complaint was made and we told you several times that a few bags of dirt isn't going to fix this y'all finally send a small crew bags of dirt and hay. when y'all came in it was determined yet again that a landscaping crew needed to come out. we still haven't heard anything about estimates we keep calling and getting the run around. this is a terrible company. then when we ask how much energy our panels are making its 100% operational even-though we have shattered panels. i even went as far as creating a email from your site and sending it out and heard nothing back. I will be posting the photos and videos and review all over social media and the internet to get the word out that this company sucks and does not back the product what so ever.

Salesman was rude, and insulting. I had to ask him to leave, and he still was making rude comments as he walked out of my home. Where do you find these people? I will never utilize your services now, thanks to that pompous attitude from your salesman.

Terrible employees! Will screw your yard and driveway up then just leave. Real professional dont use them!
