Just had Power Home solar install 16 panels on our roof and for the past 3 weeks they have not been able to get the system running. First we were told it was the power cell and it needed a new one. Waited a week for it. They came out and replaced it. It still didn't work. The repair person said all the panels needed to be grounded and needed another PV link. They came out today with the part but it still didn't work and the repair person said the system was installed wrong. The repair person also had to call his company on how to work on a Generac system because he didn't know how to work on it. Now we have to wait another week for them to come back out and try and repair it again. Definitely not worth all the money and hassle.

Set the day aside. Was asked for confirmation from them the day before and no one showed up! Not even a phone call. They called 3 hours after the meeting and had no excuse why no one showed. Dont waste your time with this company. If thats there customer service BEFORE the sale I cant imagine what it is after the sale

The install of my solar panels was performed in April. Additional items that were to be installed never happen. Included was additional insulation in the attic, led bulbs and a attic tent to prevent hot air coming into the house via the opening in the attic. I have called power home solar 9 times and my sales rep 2 times. Every time I was told they would on top of it and escalate to the higher level. Also told the scheduling dept would be in contact with me immediately to schedule the install of the missing items. It is now Aug 30, no phone call, no email, and no scheduling. Next phone call is to the attorney to file lawsuit for breach of agreement. Do not use this company go elsewhere
