My bill was 217.62 so by mistake I sent a 217.61 money order. On my bill this month I have a 48hr cut off notice because of .1cent!TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

The customer service is terrible. They are rude and condescending in handling just the simplest of questions. Went to review why i had been billed the same day that I payed and was met with an attitude as if I was a dummy and incompetent in what i was asking. They need to definitely hire new help that will display professionalism and politeness when handling PAYING customers. No matter over the phone or in person these people are terrible with customer service and the way they conduct business. Its really a shame your not able to chose the electric company you can use because this company is far from professional.
