They do not listen to instructins. I had my elec turned off 2 weeks ago I gave them my new address to mail my deposit. I waited no check. They mailed it to my old address. I called my neighbor. They said they found it in the water drain after the rain storm. But they had it. Now i have to drive a total of 120 miles to get it. Not happy at all. My advice, get everything in writing for proof. They make alot of mistakes.
