100 dollars a week is absurd for how little electric we use, customer service was no help only answer we got was that we use a lot of electric which is not true, did not even offer to check our meter for malfunctions

No one seems to be able to answer a simple question. Why has a bill doubled in price, when the same killowatts are being used??? Seems to me like they love to over charge.

Very helpful never had problems with them my family used them and they always give the best service despite oklahoma weather making it a challenge to provide the best
