$440 for a deposit!!! Feels like I'm being held at gun point and robbed! Won't let my husband use his credit score which is better than mine. Because these guys are the only ones we can get electricity through in our area, we are forced to use these crooks! Praying another electric company comes in and gives these guys some competition.

I called almost a month ago to get our service switched from one address to another and they did not process my disconnect from the old residence causing me to pay for the electricity for the full month. When speaking to a supervisor I was informed that I should have gotten the name of the person I spoke to so she could get with them and find out what happened, but since I didn't I will have to pay for both residence for the full month. Customer service at it's finest
