Absolutely HORRID customer service from this company. We tried to buy a pump from them and customer service was spotty at best. When we reached out to them on Facebook, that actually blocked us from their page. NEVER, EVER will I do business with a company like this! How horrible!!

Horrible customer service. Wound up ordering from their competitor. Then left feedback/review on their Facebook page - they deleted it, banned us and then instructed others to leave negative feed back on my family's business page. Not a respectable company at all!

If you have been searching for a water pump alternative to windmills then you need to give these guys a look. I at Evans Land & Cattle have been running them since the beginning. I believe that was back in 1988 or close to it. Between Jerry Evans and myself we run around 20+ systems. With great local support and long lasting pumps, the days of windmills on any or our farms are over. I have panels and control boards that are over 15 years old. They are almost indestructible. I can't say enough about how well these systems have worked for us.Chat Conversation End

We have one solar pump from Advanced Power and it works great. We especially appreciate their willingness to help solve our problems. We had an issue with low solar days and purchased a converter that allowed us to connect it to a generator. That worked great but then we had the issue when we had the generator power hooked up but then the next day we had plenty of solar power but it was still comnected to the generator. We contacted our representative and he went to work solving our problem. We now have a converter that allows both generator and solar power to run our pump. Thank you so much for making our work easier and more efficient.
