Horrible place to work. They care nothing about their employees. They act as they do. I worked on their equipment as a driver. Which isnt in my job description. I did it anyways. We are a team. Washed our equipment, helped change breaks, changed valves ect. A 21yr old was at a disposal cussed me. Instead of lowering myself to his standards. i asked the kid. Calm down. Do u need a hug. Though your having a bad day. I still love ya. Kid from newfield disposal flat lied about situation. Said i yelled at him, ect...Basic didnt care. No investigation, no write up.. (i never had any write ups. Only thing is. I would refuse to drive any trucks w brakes not working properly guages not working, flanges leaking liquid from them as u drive down the road. Which the pusher said. If it isnt safe. Dont drive it. But i so happen to get fired over this petty thing that was obviously a lie. Even had coworkers tell the boss that im always a team player and a respectful likable guy. THIS COMPANY IS ONLY OUT FOR THEIRSELF. you will see this in one week of working here. Look at their equipment. While working here. I really believed... finally... a company that stands behind their employees. I was proud to work here. told everyone how great of a company they are. NOW . ILL GO HOMELESS B4 ever going back! They changed my opinion of them very quickly. Equipment is horrible! Out of 18 trucks. Only 6 runs half right! The rest are on the do not drive line. If they would stand behind their employees. This would be a good company. The drivers are great people! Hard working. Will do anything to help! Thing i miss the most. Working w my drivers! They are professional and are a tight nitch of people! They are greatly missed.Many people rant and rave. That is not any of my intentions. My intentions to this post is for higher ups in the corporate world to realize. Stand behind your people that actually works as a team player, that go over and beyond their normal job duties to help the company. W out them... w out us. There is no you. Dont have your employees in unsafe equipment. (They will drive them bc they need to work and feed their families. Only reason they will drive non dot compliable equipment. So they wont have to miss a day of work. You know this but wont do anything about it. Even your employees will tell you. They quit carring. Nothing is going to happen or change. Quit blowing smoke in your meetings. Do something now. Not wait and drag your feet. wait for you to ruin a drivers safety rating and ruin his career as a driver or worse off they die bc of it! Dont say how you care. Show how you care! Enough words. Show by action. Make sure they have safe equipment!!! Its not a drivers job to be a mechanic! )
