I have worked with Doug and his team for a few years by reviewing and certifying their plans in the Washington DC and Maryland area. I have found Avila Solar to be very good at what they do. Their staff are very professional and respond quickly to any revisions I may require on the plans. I would highly recommend them for preparing solar installation plans.
