My experience isn't over and that's the scary part. Been waiting for their tech to show up for 2 days now. We bought a new unit 9/2019 for over 5 grand. Didn't use a/c much since weather changed. Go to turn it on and it doesn't work. Call to have it looked at and they say they will be there today but they won't. Then they say, sorry man, what time do you want me tomorrow? Well, 3 hours ago Mr.Tech. When we got the unit installed it was the same thing. See you at 10am...... Doesn't show until 4pm. Right now we have been set up to still have a working a/c by bypassing something. Thermostat I think he said. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. Hopefully nothing breaks or costs me more with this duct tape fix.

The crew did a great job installing a new total system. The only thing that we are extremely frustrated with is the filters.We had a Goodman system put in.the bad !!!!We cannot find a air filter that will fit.the normal size is 20x24.this unit takes a 20x23 1/2.we have to special order the filters on line.Mr Gill cannot even get a quality filter for me.im not going to give 5 stars because if I had my choice I would have them take the airhandler out and fix a new plenum. But I know that won't happen.get what you pay for.
