The worst people I've ever had. I've had 2 open heart surgeries.im on oxygen. I always pay my bill it's never been disconnected. But I had a lady come to disconnect my electricity.the lady told me to call April. I didn't call her because my wife called and set up arrangements. Well April didn't like that and she called and said. That I am not allowed to have arrangements set up. The customer service representative. Was confused saying that no one should be here at my house to disconnect my power. because I had set up a payment plan. First payment was due on the 28th. I was going to pay it tomorrow The first payment due 4 days early.

Poor customer service, poor management. Manager Connie (out of baker) is not a person I like working with, she has a poor attitude and poor customer service skills. I have talked with her on two separate occasions and both were terrible experiences. They were gonna shut my power off over 21.35 even after I paid them 250. I have never broke a arrangement to pay before. If there was another power company I would switch...

Some of the POOREST customer service I have ever seen! This place is a joke and if they had any competition in this town they would be out of business.
