Josh helped us get our system back up and running. Its an Auric system and had stopped reporting. We were frustrated because Auric left Oregon and they werent responding to our requests for help. Josh at DPI was AMAZING! He was so helpful! He walked us through, step by step, to do what we needed to do to so he could accurately identify the problem. Once identified, he found the replacement parts for us and instructed us how to remove defective parts and install new parts. All done over the phone so we didnt have to incur charges for a service call. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. We HIGHLY recommend DPI! Couldnt be happier or more grateful.

I unfortunate was unable to use their products but their customer service is excellent. I was talking to the owner and he said that solar wouldn't be the right system for me due to the position of my house and the trees around us. They turned away a sale because in their words 'Could not in good consciences sell it to me'.After telling me that solar is not for me, they spent a good 20-30 min telling me all the things I can do to be energy efficient for my new build. I will be using a lot of their advice and researching more of what they told me. This company will NOT upsell you. They you plain and straight.
