Pinnacle has been great from start to finish with our install of 64 solar panels. Due to COVID we had some delays with inspections due to the local municipalities but they kept in contact weekly with them until everything was able to be inspected. We are now fully up and running and producing our own electricity!

Pinnacle staff and workers were prompt and efficient. They took their time to explain their product and went out of their way, even working on a weekend to complete our panel installation in a timely manner. They took care of all the permits and scheduling of required inspections for us.

Please stand clear of this company. Mark was scheduled to come to my home to give me an estimate on my roof he never showed up, no call nothing. When I called into the company to find out what was going on the person that answered the phone said he got into a reck, but did not have the audacity to call to reschedule. Two days later Mark came to my house with his girlfriend ( unprofessional) , no ladder just a cell phone and computer and all he kept doing was calling someone on the phone and talking about the company nothing about my roof. He came across as a scam artist , con man and joke. I would not recommend this company.
