I have not experienced this kind of customer service before I'm not exaggerating on the 5 star I never write reviews but I think they deserve it. Every question I have or symptom I give them about my equipment they have the right answer. A few of of my Arrow boards when out of warranty by a couple months they honored it and gave us a no charge on repairs. I don't think our company will every buy anything other than Solar Tech products again can't beat the quality or customer service they provide.
