We responded to an advertisement for solar panels in our area and an appointment was scheduled. 15 minutes after the appointment time and no contact had been made on the representative's end. I sent a message asking if something had changed. I never received a response. The very least they could do was just cancel it. I'm very disappointed in the lack of business etiquette.

100% satisfied solar customer! I felt as if I were their only client. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly if not immediately.
