Ty couldn't make it out to my house in time to help me, so he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through my problem, free of charge. I did not expect that sort of treatment at all and was blindsided by how nice he was!

Ty did an excellant job cleaning my mini split, it was very dirty and not cooling well. Unit is now running like new! Ty even checked back with me later that day to make sure it was now cooling properly!!! Very happy with the work and price, left no mess behind!!! Would definitley recommend and use again!!!
