What's a pandemic? Apparently the people who shop here are not all aware that you really do need to mask up. I stopped counting the number of customers who were walking around unmasked, even some staff members. I will stick to ordering online from now on.I must be the bigger fool though, because rather than walk out after I canceled an order for a chest freezer that was delayed another 6 months from the end of June (ordered in April) until December 19th, I continued shopping for some things I needed to make household repairs. So...I don't think it's my job as a customer to police other customers, but maybe somebody needs to remind us to mask up before going in.I would have left 1 star, but the majority of the staff here is polite and very willing to help.

Awful experience with curbside pickup! Waited on hold for 45 minutes just to get a curbside order out to my car!
