Had a problem with a battery early on and Fortress responded right away. Not only did they replace the battery, they did so with a new upgrade battery at no cost! Top Notch all around.

Fortress Power products were engineered very poorly and unprofessionally. My advice to everyone is to find another Battery back up system like Tesla Powerwall. I would give Fortress zero stars if I could. Find a Battery backup company that's competent and reputable because Fortress is not. I'm disgusted that a business like theirs exists today.
